Dr. Laura Medina: I have been in the IT and Engineering field for over 20 years. I started out as an Information Technology Expert in the US Navy, fell in love with the technology of the field, and continued in the field as an overseas government contractor working in Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Honduras, the UK, Bahrain, and South Africa. I have been working with a large government contractor for 10 years and am currently working as an aerospace engineer on a department of defense contract. I have a Doctor in Computer Science with a focus on Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and a Masters Degree in Information Technology with a minor in Network Management.
